The challenge commits to: personal program, weekly mind/body & soul challenges, weekly online coaching-including goal setting and useful tips. You commit to: your goals, your workouts, the weekly challenges and a weekly log. The overall challenge participant will win a soul nourishing prize from Bellevue Natural Health !!
When you fulfill all of your healthful goals and complete the 31 day challenge $50 will be then donated to the Strachan Hartley Legacy Foundation. A foundation dedicated to providing youth the opportunity to achieve their full potential through sports & education.
